Irvin Moscowitz

Irvin Moscowitz, CEO of Burhill Leasing Corp since 1976, is the son of founder Milton Moscowitz. After earning a B.S. in Economics from Miami University and a MBA from Ohio State University, Irvin joined the family business.

Performing literally every function within the company, Irvin made his company a major contender in the Dayton business lease community. He is very active in the Downtown Dayton business arena. Irvin is also an active board member of the Downtown Dayton Partnership and real estate developer.

Today, Irvin’s role at Burhill is managing the financial planning aspect of the business as well as the long term growth & development planning.
