William Brough

William Brough started in the automotive industry as a salesperson in 1973. He quickly rose through the ranks of management. In the late 70’s he entered the leasing business with a dealer affiliated leasing company as a sales agent. In the early 80’s he joined General Electric finance as a District Manager in their vehicle finance division. In 1985 he joined Burhill Leasing as General Manager. He was promoted to Vice President in 1991 and became President in 2003.

Bill is active in the business community. As the President of the Ohio Vehicle Leasing Association from 2005-2007, he holds the certification OCLC (Ohio Certified Leasing Consultant.) This certification is obtained through a 12 month study program. In these studies, he has been trained in all aspects of state and federal leasing laws and regulations. In a broader connection, Bill is also on the board of the National Vehicle Leasing Association.
